Patron Information

TICKET PICK UP:
Tickets will be available for pick up at the venue 1 hour prior to curtain on your performance day or can be mailed for an additional $1.50 per order.

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY:
Tickets may be exchanged in advance of the performance, subject to availability. There is a $2.00 processing fee per change request. All ticket sales are final – sorry, no refunds. If an alternate date is not available, you may return your tickets for a tax-deductible donation for their value.

SEATING:
Seating is by general admission on a first-come, first-serve basis. We suggest that you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before show time. Please let us know, at the time of booking, if you require wheelchair access/assistance, aisle seating, or if you have other special seating requirements. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests.

LATECOMERS:
Latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance.

CHILDREN:
As a courtesy to our patrons, performances are not recommended for children under the age of 5. No babes in arms.
