Stones in His Pockets

Stones in His PocketsBy Marie Jones

August 9 – September 3 | Village Tent, 243 Main Street Wellington

A fast-paced tragicomedy about a sleepy Irish County overrun by a Hollywood film crew, seen through the eyes of two local men employed as extras on the film. Cultures clash, egos reign, and fifteen minutes of fame comes at an enormous price. Stones in His Pockets is a hilarious and moving play, winner of the Olivier Award for Best Comedy.

“Stones in His Pockets is an acting tour de force…Lots of laughs, lots of action, touching drama and a thoroughly entertaining evening are all wrapped up in this award-winning gem of a play.”
