Colours in the Storm is the final show of our 2009 Season. It previews tonight at 8pm.

The Jim Betts play focuses on the life and mysterious death of one of Canada’s most famous painters. It tells the story of Tom Thomson’s life with a variety of colourful characters, a number of whom have been implicated in his possible “murder”. The musical, which Betts calls ” A Gallery of Scenes and Songs on the Life of Tom Thomson”, features a black-fly-swatting stepdance and a wild ride down a whitewater river.

Colours in the Storm plays August 5 – 21, 2009 at Fields on West Lake near Bloomfield. The complete show calendar can be found here on our website.

Reminder: Preview Performance is a Benefit Night
Wednesday August 5th at 8pm benefits Quinte Conservation. This charity receives discounted tickets and a percentage of the total ticket revenues for the night.
