John Millard (seen in image above), Music Director from this years Colours in the Storm has an upcoming concert with his band “The Polka Dogs“ on Saturday, October 31 at the Young Centre (55 Mill Street, Building 49, Toronto, ON, M5A 3C4). “The Polka Dogs” are another kettle of fish, so to speak.
