Ticketing Policies:

Exchange/Refund Policy: Festival Players has a flexible exchange policy: exchanges are permitted, free of charge, provided the exchange is arranged before your original performance occurs. We will not offer exchanges on tickets for a performance that has already past.  If an exchange is not possible, the value of your purchase can be converted to a charitable donation for which a tax receipt will be issued. Festival Players does not offer refunds on ticket/pass purchases.

Service Fees: A $2.50 per ticket service fee is added to all tickets purchased by credit card, whether the purchase is made online, on the phone or in person. (This fee is reduced to $1.00 for Student and Youth ticket purchases). A $4.00 service fee is added to each Flex Passes purchased by credit card, but no fees are charged when the pass is redeemed for tickets. There are no service fees on purchases made with cash.

Weather Policy: Right Robert is an outdoor production with the audience seated under a tent. Please dress appropriately for the weather. The show can proceed under most rain conditions. The decision to cancel or delay a performance due to weather will be made at the venue, at showtime. Shows will not be cancelled in advance. In the case of cancellation, your tickets can either be exchanged for another performance of Right Robert, converted into a credit for tickets to a performance in a future season, or converted into a charitable donation with a tax receipt issued. No refunds will be issued due to a weather cancellation. If you choose not to come to the venue to assess the weather, you must contact us before showtime to make arrangements for a ticket exchange or conversion. If you do not, your tickets will be forfeited.
