Lindsay Forde is thrilled to return to beautiful Wellington for her second season with Festival Players, after designing the costumes for A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Stones in His Pockets and Mary’s Wedding.
Based in Toronto, Lindsay has designed, built costumes and worked on film and television sets across southern Ontario and New England. She won a 2017 ACTCO award for costume design for her work on Les Liaisons Dangereuses (Amicus), and was a recipient of a 2012 Theatre Ontario Professional Theatre Training Grant in set design with Erik Diaz in Boston, MA and environs.

Lindsay has been a stitcher for Stratford, Mirvish, COC, Soulpepper, The Sharon Playhouse, and an on-set costumer for film and television, most recently The Handmaid’s Tale and Sky Atlantic’s Riviera. Lindsay was Head of Wardrobe for the 2010 Sharon Playhouse season, and First Hand for five seasons at the George Brown Theatre School.
