When we gather for theatre, we are meeting on the traditional lands of the Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee peoples, which is governed by Treaty 57. We are grateful for the opportunity to meet here, and we thank all the generations of indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island who have taken care of this land for thousands of years. We respect the land we work upon, and the opportunity that we have been given to share stories which only just begin to cover the rich history that it possesses. Thank you, Tiawenhk, Niá:wen.
