When purchasing tickets, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, like your name, address and email address.

Email marketing (if applicable): Only with your permission, we may from time to time, send you emails with update about our programming, and other relevant updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you go on our site or call us and provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, attempt to place an order and abandon cart, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting of it to use for this reason, and see it as a positive action that opts you in to receiving correspondence from the Festival Players of Prince Edward County Inc.
