Exchange/Refund Policy – Festival Players has a flexible exchange policy: exchanges are permitted, free of charge, provided the exchange is arranged before your original performance occurs. We will not offer exchanges on tickets for a performance that has already past. If an exchange is not possible, the value of your purchase can be converted to a charitable donation for which a tax receipt will be issued. Festival Players does not offer refunds on ticket purchases.
Flex Pass Policy – Patrons purchasing the 3-Ticket Flex Pass prior to the season announcement are purchasing three transferable ticket credits that can be used however they like during the 2018 season. By purchasing the 3-Ticket Flex Pass prior to the season announcement, patrons acknowledge that they are aware that the season programming has not been confirmed and that pass refunds are not available for any reason, including but not limited to season scheduling or programming choices. Flex Pass ticket credits are fully transferable and can be assigned to any individual the purchaser wishes if the purchaser is unable to attend performances in the 2018 season.
Service Fees – A $2.50 per ticket service fee is added to all tickets purchased by credit card, whether the purchase is made online, on the phone or in person. A $5.00 service fee is added to any subscription/pass sale. There are no service fees on purchases made by cash or cheque. To inquire about how to purchase by cash or cheque, contact Festival Players at 613-476-1991 / 1-866-584-1991. Service fees are set and charged by Festival Players’ ticketing provider.
Facility Improvement Fee – A $1.00 per ticket service fee is added to all tickets to events in the Studio Theatre, regardless of payment method. This fee is collected by Festival Players and is used to make improvements to the audience experience and technical elements of our shows in the Studio.
Programming Subject to Change – All programming – including but not limited to – show titles, artists, venues and schedule – is subject to change at any time. Festival Players will communicate with patrons by email about programming changes. Please provide a valid email address when purchasing your ticket.
Ticket Packages/Add-Ons – If you have purchased a ticket package including an add-on from one of our partners, you will need to present your confirmation email to the Festival Players Box Office in order for our staff to release the vouchers or gift certificates for your add-ons.
Latecomers – Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.

Accessibility – To access our outdoor performance venues, patrons may be required to cross gravel, grass and other uneven surfaces. Accessible washrooms are available within 50 m of any outdoor performance venue. All indoor venues are accessible to patrons with limited mobility or mobility aids including washrooms. Certified service animals are welcome in all public areas. If a person with a disability requires a companion to accompany them to attend a show, a 25% discount is available for the companion. Email or call the box office to inquire. Assistive hearing devices are not available.
