Situated on a 78 acre farm between Wellington and Bloomfield, The Eddie is one of the best examples of Loyalist architecture in the area, inside and out. Dating back to 1860, when the main house and the iconic Red Barn were built by the Oosterhout Family, these buildings stand as some of the most recognizable and beloved in The County.

The property also features a pond, orchards, access to the Millennium Trail, expanded gardens, enhanced amenities and newly decorated suites.

Base31 is an evolving visitor destination on the site of a 70-acre WWII air training base in Prince Edward County. Operated as a military base until 1969 when the site transitioned into a business park and airport.

The new ownership group has embarked on an ambitious revitalization program that includes the adaptive re-use of many of the heritage buildings, transformation of the landscape and significant investment in placemaking, public art, programming, site activation and food & beverage.

Picton's Regent Theatre is a registered charity based in the heart of Prince Edward County.

The Regent opened in 1918, when self-made Greek immigrant George Cook had the vision to build a spectacular hub for entertainment in his new home of Picton. Fast forward a hundred years and thousands of inspiring performances and countless magical moments later, we continue to be Prince Edward County’s only purpose-built cinema and live performance venue.
